Remnant thinking

Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the
world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has.” —Margaret Mead

GOD IS IN THE BUSINESS OF USING REMNANTS TO BEGIN A NEW WORK. Think: 12 disciples (actually 11 original and 1 add-on), Moses, Noah and family. I could go on, but my point is that when God begins a new work, the masses don’t get it. Not only do they not get it, but they usually fight against it because it threatens their comfort levels.

We talk alot about critical mass being important for new churches or new ministries. While I agree to a certain extint, I also know that a critical few who are completely sold out to God and the cause are most important. This gives all of us freedom to go nuts on what it is we love. If it is from God, more than likely a few others will share our passion. And from there, only God knows where your passion and God will take you.
